01Who is responsible

The data controller for the platform is Argus Teknoloji A.Ş., operating on behalf of the PoWER Project consortium (Erasmus+ project reference 2024-1-ES01-KA220-ADU-000251790). For full detail on what we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.

02Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access — obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erasure — request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
• Restriction — limit how we process your data
• Objection — object to certain processing
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing

03How to exercise them

You can update your name, email, country and password directly from your account settings at any time. For access, erasure, portability or any other request, contact the project via powererasmus.eu. We respond to verified requests within one month, as required by the GDPR.

04Data location

Your personal data is stored and processed within the European Union / European Economic Area. Where a trusted processor is used (for example hosting or email delivery), they act under written agreements and only on our instructions.

05Complaints

If you believe your data protection rights have been infringed, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. We would, however, appreciate the chance to address your concern first.
