01Acceptance of terms
The Eco-PoWER Platform is provided as part of the PoWER Project (Promoting On Women Social Entrepreneurship in Rural Environments), an Erasmus+ co-funded initiative (Project reference 2024-1-ES01-KA220-ADU-000251790), and is operated by Argus Teknoloji A.Ş. on behalf of the project consortium. By accessing or using the platform you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy.
02Eligibility & roles
The platform serves four types of users:
- Visitors may browse public pages, the mentor showcase and OER previews without an account.
- Women entrepreneurs may self-register to access the full toolkit, track progress and book mentor sessions.
- Mentors are provisioned by an administrator and manage their availability, booking requests and sessions.
- Administrators manage users, mentors, content and platform reporting.
You must provide accurate information when registering and be legally able to enter into these terms.
03Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. You may update your details or close your account at any time from your account settings.
04Acceptable use
When using the platform you agree not to:
- Use it for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose
- Harass, abuse or discriminate against other users or mentors
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, data or systems
- Upload malicious code or disrupt the operation of the platform
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others
We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms.
05Content & licensing
Educational materials published on the platform are Open Educational Resources released under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) licence unless stated otherwise. You are free to use, adapt and share these materials — including commercially — provided you give appropriate attribution to the PoWER Project.
Logos, trademarks and partner brand assets are not covered by the CC BY licence and remain the property of their respective owners.
06Mentoring & bookings
Mentor sessions are offered voluntarily by experienced practitioners. When you request a booking, the mentor receives the details needed to consider it and may accept or decline. Both parties agree to engage respectfully and professionally. The platform facilitates the connection but is not a party to, and is not responsible for, the advice exchanged during sessions.
07Disclaimer
The platform and its content are provided “as is” for educational and informational purposes. While we work to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties that it is complete, current or fit for a particular purpose. Guidance provided by mentors is their own and does not constitute professional, legal or financial advice.
08Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the project consortium and the platform operator are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its content or on mentoring sessions.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Erasmus+ programme and the project’s coordinating country (Ireland), without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available to you under the law of your country of residence within the EU.
10Changes & contact
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
For questions about these terms, contact the project via powererasmus.eu.
